Ariat Customer Service

Gutted! My Ariat Bromont H2O tall boots were no longer wearable...

After spending a lot of hours researching tall riding boots, from fit to leather quality, to rideability and longevity, I came to the decision that the Ariat Bromont H2O boots were for me!

I've had some really good wear of my boots, from taking me back to my first competition in nine years, to my first BE90 at Richmond, and through to moving up to BE100.

Now... I'm quite obsessive when it comes to shiny & clean boots, making sure that they were polished up the night before any competition or lesson, as well as straight after. I even only ever put my boots on as the last thing before my foot went in the stirrup, and came off as soon as the horse's tack was off! Andrew was even requested to baby wipe them while standing still in a warm up, just before going in (even cross country!!)


So to no longer have these boots was a gutter, but I hoped that Ariat would be able to help out with fixing the issue. Their customer service from this point was beyond exceptional!

After sending an initial email, they advised sending the boots to them & even provided a pre-paid postage label! I didn't hold out much hope and thought that my boots were doomed.

When sending my boots to the team at Ariat, I never excepted them to fix them, and partly expected for them not to even send them back! What a surprise I got a week later...



A brand new pair of boots!!

This was not at all what I was expecting! Going from worry of never seeing my beloved boots again, to a brand new pair, was amazing! Plus Ariat also returned my original boot trees as well as supplying new ones with the new boots!

Overall, I was amazed by the customer service provided by Ariat - they understood my issue, were quick to respond on email, & were quick to return a product, knowing I needed them to continue riding.

Companies like this are sometimes not chosen for a product because they are slightly higher priced, but this situation proves that it is worth paying for. I will continue to be an Ariat customer, and even before this, but doubly now, would recommend Ariat as a brand.
